BEHAVIORAL CARE
Our team uses a Positive behavior support (PBS) approach to behavior change that focuses on creating an environment that supports positive behaviors and reduces the likelihood of problem behaviors. We work closely work our board certified behaviorist to develop individualized Behavior intervention plans.
DIRECT SUPPORT CARE
Personal care assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORT
Includes Executive functioning support Transportation to and from appointments and Companionship for social activities.
SKILLS COACHING
With a person centered strength based approach we develop a personalized coaching plan that will help the client achieve their goals.
